  • Dr. Audra J. Moran
    Dr. Audra J. Moran

Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, Dr. Moran has always had an interest in the human body, and developed an interest in Chiropractic after high school.

After receiving chiropractic adjustments, she noticed an improvement in her overall health and well being both physically and mentally.  The benefits she noticed in herself and in others made a lasting impression, and as such, she moved to Atlanta to attend Life University. Dr. Audra Moran performed associate work in chiropractic, and then opened her own practice, Preferred Chiropractic & Wellness. She has been treating patients and has developed a strong following over the past two decades.

Dr. Moran performs full spine manipulations as well as extremity work using the Diversified and Thompson techniques, treating patients with a variety of conditions including sports injuries, migraines, chronic illnesses, accident-related injuries, as well as those who just want to improve or maintain their general health and well-being.

She is constantly reading and attending seminars to learn about new procedures and information that will be helpful to herself and her patients.  As such, in 2023 she launched the newest division of her ever-expanding practice, Preferred Regen ATL, offering regenerative medicine services including, but not limited to, regenerative tissue injections, PRP injections, medical weight loss, bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, peptide injections and more. While she believes that Chiropractic care provides a foundation for overall good health and promotes the body's ability to heal itself naturally, she also values the benefits of conventional medicine and the merging of the two.

  • Amanda J. Cain
    Amanda J. Cain
    Practice Administrator

Amanda, the Hurricaino, Cain has been with PC&W | Preferred Regen ATL since October 2011. Originally from Paducah, KY, a graduate of the University of Kentucky (Go Wildcats!), she considers herself an ATLian by way of Chicago, IL where she worked in advertising and higher education before landing in the Dirty South.
Although she never anticipated working in the health care field, she fell in love with chiropractic after her first adjustment alleviated her months long neck pain that MD’s only prescribed muscle relaxers and pain medication to “fix,” never recommending alternate treatment.  Her love for chiropractic continued to grow when she began working at PC&W as she witnessed patient after patient walk in with varying levels of pain and leave feeling significantly better. She knew chiropractic could often help where modern medicine typically masks the pain or recommends surgery.

Since 2011, Amanda has managed the practice to help it become the full-service wellness center it is today. You can always expect to see a smile on her face and an eagerness to help with any questions or concerns that may arise from patients or staff. Her goal is to help create an environment that nurtures patients to take control of their health by maintaining a proper wellness routine.

Outside of PC&W, Amanda loves spending time with her  family and dogs, listening to music, watching a good movie, traveling, relaxing, and chowing down at her favorite restaurants. She is always down to try a new spot! Recommendations are welcomed. 😊
